Starting with the Solstice ceremony in December 2020, Sandra added to her monthly Transmutation News a guided journey or ceremony for readers to participate in.

As time goes on, Sandra will also invite teachers listed on https://www.sandraingerman.com/shamans-are-gardeners-of-energy/ www.shamanicteachers.com to record an offering, although Sandra will do most of the recordings.
